Asus has officially confirmed the launch date of the ROG Phone 6 on Twitter. You can check the tweet below, which says that the Asus ROG Phone 6 will launch in India on July 5 at 5:20 pm. There will be an online event, you can stream live on YouTube. Like previous ROG Phones, this ROG Phone 6 will also be a Flipkart exclusive.

Asus has already confirmed that ROG Phone 6 is powered by the latest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC and is the world’s first gaming phone with the latest Snapdragon chipset. We might see the ROG phone 6 Pro in the launch event of Asus ROG Phone 6, let’s wait for the launch event.

According to the leaks, ROG Phone 6 seems to be ROG Phone 5-like design with a bigger rear camera hump and some more upgrades. It’s expected to come in black and white colors with various accessories like the Devil case Guardian Lite Plus case, the ROG-branded gaming controller, and the AeroActive Cooler 6 snap-on cooling fan.
The ROG Phone 6 is expected to come with 6.78-inch AMOLED 165Hz fast refresh rate display. It might run on Android 12 out of the box. Although it’s a gaming phone, we can see a triple rear camera set up featuring 64 MP + 13 MP + 5 MP cameras and a 24MP selfie camera in the front. It’s packed with a 6000mAh battery supporting 65W fast charging.
Moreover, the ROG Phone 6 will support 5G (not rolled out in India till now), 4G (support India bands), 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi 802.11, a/ac/b/g/n/n 5GHz, Bluetooth v5.1, IPX4 ratings, advanced cooling system. It includes sensors like Accelerometer, Ambient Light Sensor, Gyro, Proximity, and Compass/ Magnetometer.
