• Within the (extracted) “MicrosoftEdgePolicyTemplates” folder, navigate to the following path, “windows\admx”
• Select the “msedge.admx” and “msedgeupdate.admx” files from the “Home” tab and select the Copy option.

• Navigate to the following path, “C:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions”
• From the “Home” menu, select the Paste button.

• Open the language folder that corresponds to your language — for example, en-US — under the “admx” folder, within the “MicrosoftEdgePolicyTemplates” folder.
• Select the msedge.adml and msedgeupdate.adml files from the “Home” tab and select the Copy option.

• Navigate to the path that corresponds to your language, “C:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions\en-US”

Note: Change en-US for the folder that corresponds to your local language in the command.

• From the “Home” menu, select the Paste button.

When you finish the processes, the new rules for enabling or disabling IE Mode on Edge Chromium will be installed in the Group Policy Editor.
